Clux

Where did the chicken in chickenware come from?
While trying to explain to Matt Preuss what OSS (open source software) was, the analogy of 500 monkeys with keyboards will eventually reproduce the works of Shakespeare, 500 chickens with keyboards will produce some interesting software. ChickenWare..

Clux is the mascot for ChickenWare.com, created by artist, Matt Preuss, to correspond with the name ChickenWare.com. Clux is a chicken-penguin hybrid representing the mesh of Linux technology and services provided by ChickenWare.com.
